Link Exchange Request PR3 - with Thailand Travel site

I am looking for a travel site to exchange links with our travel accessories site. We want a specific Thailand influence as we already sell some top selling Thailand maps and guides on our site and more are to come. The right site must have a PR of 3 or more. Preferably PR5.
Your link will sit on a page 1 or 2 clicks from our homepage, the specific page will be a thailand feature.
Our google page rank is 3, but is expected to rise to 4 or 5 shortly because we have some good, high PR link exchanges in the process of being implemented.
