Nice tools for checking back links.But I would like to check back links from search engine only.Because only they can show actual back links of your niche.

bluebacklinks.com is not accurate, and most of all it doesn't update.
Personally I trust Webmaster tool more then the others.

On the Internet, there are many check backlinks tool.
I generally use a http://siteexplorer.info/ to check backlinks, because it is completely free, without any restrictions.try it.
