I want to know if i should keep my domain which is

http://inetwork.xeeblo.net

or change it to

http://inetwork.name

what do you think?

the only domain i can get is .name all the rest have been used.

the extension won't have an effect on serps, but it will make a difference if your users try to remember you domain name. most usually assume it's a .com

Don't be afraid to us a .US domain

Short of that, consider going with something totally unique:

GoDaddy.com ( domain reg. )
Google.com ( engine )
Yahoo.com ( directory )

my point is don't be afraid to loosen your collar
and think outside the envelope.

Sure you will have to work harder to estalish your " term "
so that it is associated to your market or industry, but
that is something you can do, unlike clubing the owner
of the .com which stands between you and .com Heaven

Can any one explain what is the difference from domain and subdomain in search engines.
I use sub domains now and I can tell that it is not so bad.
Will I rank better if i use regular domain name.

And one more thing. Does domain names like co.uk or com.tw rank equal as .com or .us

it's usually better to use a new domain for a separate site but if you use old domain, it'll be easier to rank in google and other search engines

if you're serious on devloping a website then choose a dedicated standalone domain name.

don't use a subdomain,

those are so potentially temperary,
I don't think this leave the best first impression.

If you must use that name, add hyphens between word,
but again, hyphens must be explained to people you tell your site to,
so maybe think of a name not so in use already.

I would have to disagree with the sub-domain claims regarding low SEO. If you already own the domain it would be best to get a sub-domain. When I search google for sites like Yahoo, notice that the search results would display every subdomain within Yahoo. (same goes with any subdomain type site). Whereas if you only use a full domain, only two insite listings will appear. Example:

Yahoo:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=yahoo

the site listings are:

http://www.yahoo.com/
http://mail.yahoo.com/
http://search.yahoo.com/
http://maps.yahoo.com/
http://finance.yahoo.com/

and so on. However with a site link funender it only displays two listings for the domain itself:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=funender

I think u should change it for easy remember & for SEO. In my mind, it's easier to get better SERP for example.com than example.abc.com.
