i think chemotherapyguide.net is a good domain name but it has a lot of competition. maybe what you can do is add another word in the domain name. a keyword that a lot of people are searching too but one that doesn't have hundreds of thousands of competition.

Keep your website name a description of your product if at all possible.

You have seconds for people to decide if they want to click. If you have a sitename that doesn't describe your product then you have to build associative advertising.
