Domain already having a good PR

Buying a domain that already has a good PR will not help you in any way, because you
will anyway be changing the contents of the site, and PR almost entirely depends on the
content.

Are you sure ? It depends upon many more things .So even if content is changed Page Rank should be sustained.

Are you even serious? PR dependent of content? Where did you hear that nonsense?:shock:
If you keep the backlinks of a dropped domain, there are good chances to keep its PR

PR is depend on backlink ,if the backlink is still and the PR will still,
but if the content changed the PR may never change but the SEPR will be declined.

Can you show us some proof of that? Not in my website's case, buddy. We sold our PR3 domain, and suddenly they changed the content. Almost half the content was changed. I never saw any changes on the PR of the homepage and inner pages at all.

why do you want to buy domain with PR and then you will change the content. If I were you who believe into the power of PR, maybe I will black hat the PR, or Fake PR

I think the page rank of website is good, but it will be useless when your website's content is not attractive. So buying a website with high page rank, you must pay attention to the content of website rather than page rank.
