I created
http://www.toykin.com to sell airsoft guns not too long ago and for some reason its taking me so long to get ranked what you guys think should i change name?

The name is pretty interesting but it is not defining your product. I think you should have taken the relevant domain to your product.

now since you have already bought this domain i would recommend you to make good backlinks to your website. You will get the results if your persist.
