Title,
Keywords
Descriptions
H1,H3
Body,
Link ALT
Image ALT
Graphic Name
Bolding / underline
atleast one Text link in Footer

include your keywords with all meta tags including title, description, keyword, alt and other tags.

Keyword position is always very important for any website ranking.

You can must use your primary keywords in title and description and also in alt tags, hyperlink attribute and more other parts.

Lemme just add that you need to make sure that your title and keywords tags are relevant to page content. Google gives weight to relevancy.
