Why is it that when I use Adsense keyword tool, I get lots of searches for my keyword. But when I use other keyword tools such as seobook, my keyword doesn't have a lot of searches.

What is the most reliable keyword tool?

Aside from Google keyword suggestion tool, I sometimes use Wordtracker - freekeywords.wordtracker.com/. This tool allows you to generate up to 100 kws and an estimate of their daily search volume.

MOST LIKELY ::::
The reason you are getting an inflated result is you have the results on Broad, try putting them on Phrase or Exact.

That setting has fooled many :) Just look on the page for it, you will find it.

it is because they have different sources of keyword searches. I guess Google Adwords keyword tool is really one of the best free keyword tool out there.

I only truly trust Adwords. Specific and detailed statistics that let you modify your Title, Keyword and Description accordingly. It worked for me, at least.
Regards!

Stick with google keyword suggestion tool. It gives the most accurate search volume. Other tools have different ways of analyzing keywords that are usually not real-time.

Various keyword tools are created differently that's whey they give out different keyword suggestions. I suggest you opt for Google's keyword tool as it provides the most accurate results.

Google Adwords Keyword Suggestions: https://adwords.google.com/select/tools.html

This tool is provided by Google to help advertisers determine the best keywords for their sites. This tool functions a lot like Overture's but does not display the frequency of searchers for each keyword. It does however provide a detailed listing of keyword suggestions based on the keyword you entered. And since Google is the most popular search engine, its list represents an accurate representation of data.
