For preparing initial list of keywords i used online google adwords tools and found some strange situation which let me here to post a msg.
I found some high competitive keywords but thier local search volume is 0%,
the Keyword in which i get this suggestion is .net developer

What you think , can I move towards paid keywords tools or still stay on google adwords?

Google Insights is the best one for me.

Its better to use Google Adword tool rather than to use paid tool. Google Insight is also provide keyword analysis.

I think there was some confusion here. The original post asked "what is the best keyword tool?" Google AdWords is not really a tool - it's more of a report. You give a keyword or phrase and indicates the number of searches - this is not a tool to do so.

Well I think Google would know it's own search volume in my opinion it's the best for keyword analysis.
