I have a good Idea but you may or may not like it but it worked for me. I used to add more and more number of fans day by day. There must be someone who will notice that I am a fan of him/her. He may or may not willing to be my fan also. After few days when you get more fans, remove the fan whom you added as fan. You will notice you follow less people but peoples are following you.
