Well it's simple just download the seo-quake extension from google-play-store, it will mark the no-follow link with a red line, thus you can easily know which link you are getting is do-follow or no-follow.

If you want to find out whether the website will get you a Dofollow or nofollow link, just right click on the website and and click on the web source code, then a popup window opens and you can search by strg+f "dofollow"

There are two ways through which one can find out whether the links are dofollow or nofollow which are as follows:
Using no follow extension/adon.
Using source code.
Installing it can provide you all the detailed information about each link in the page. Using adon is very easy to get all the details about Dofollow or nofollow links.
The another way of getting all the details about links is using source code. It is also one of the easy way, but you have to look into the source code of the web page, where you want to figure out all the link tags.
