Anyone use Fast Blog Finder?

I've seen this software plugged on several forums and I'm wondering if anyone has a paid version of it and if it's any good? I'm looking for a do follow blog search tool but I can't find one that stays online for any length of time (or an application that works). Has anyone else had any luck?
