I don't think that's possible you have to do illegal stuff such as black hat SEO techniques, going at Googles no 1 page in just a month or so is just impossible, I don't think there are any techniques to get that sort of a ranking in such a less time, plus it will also seem unnatural to Google if you go at that speed.
