It boils down to choosing the social bookmarking sites. Bookmark only your articlez in SB sites with high PR and traffic. Do it manually. Never resort to automated software for you'll be penalized for that.

Yes there is a tool for automatic article submission and that is "Article Submitter Pro". But my friend, I want to tell you that, you can post manually, because it is more trusty than automatic submission. As well as you can do SEO with the help of any SEO company.

I use only 4 submissions, with do follow. Because I need a google trust not traffic. With a lot of social bookmarking yopu can get a google penalty

never try to submit your site with automatically submit tools it will harm your site , always try to generate links in natural ways . and if you want to get good benifit of social media networking then you have to join social networking sites regularly , don't just bookmark your page there also try to have some friends and fans too out there it will help you get more votes and more traffic from these sites and also with this your site will be in circle of updating sites of social media networking

Doing the submission manually is always better. Automated tools are often used for spamming. Don't opt for that if you don't want to get penalized.

Following are some good tips about social bookmarking:
1. MAKE IT EASY for your visitors to social bookmark your website.
2. BOOKMARK YOUR PAGES yourself.
3. SWAP BOOKMARKS with others who also want their pages bookmarked.
4. PARTICIPATE in the social bookmarking site. There are some services that don't feature much participation; others are very participatory. Where you have the option, develop a large friend's list, so that you can easily share bookmarks.
5. BOOKMARK OTHER PAGES that already link to your website. Don't just bookmark your own pages; bookmark those that link to yours as well.
6. IF YOU HAVE A LIST, ask them to bookmark any new page on your website that you want to generate traffic to.
7. HAVE OUTSTANDING CONTENT.

Hi,
I think bookmarking is maily for increasing traffic .
So in bookmarking the title should be relevant and concise.
The second thing the description must be to the point and effective one.
The keywords must be included.
These are something about bookmarking.
