A question about facebook posts reach

Hello, I’m a little bit stuck. Got a Facebook Page and several groups - I use them to promote my website. And it seems like some of the posts get really remarkable reach stats, while others perform not so good, no matter how many likes and shares they get. Can it be possibly related to me inviting to like and share every time I make a post in the group?
