I am suggesting to don't go with any service provide. Make it from own. You can promote through sometime biggest sites like digg, stumble upon, iclipmarks and many more.I think it is more effective than submit 100 URL in different sites.

I disagree with you. Because there are many service provider who gives very good services for SEO and linkbuilding including social bookmarking. I have used the services of many freelancer for my own site and they give very good services worth of what they charge. And usually many people(like me) don't have enough time to do Bookmarking and all on their own.

I suggest if you don't have enough time to do link building yourself simply go with service providers.

There are so many good social book marking services available and some of them are like A decent amount of users is necessary. Otherwise the whole social aspect looses relevance. More advanced users will want good import and export possibilities. A good bookmarking service should have feeds of tags or groups of tags.

Try socialmarker.com I applied this service for almost a year now. This is semi-automated. It give you also the list fo sites that has high pr and can give you quality backlinks as well as traffic. But I always go for manual submission from the list.

IMO, it's better to do it yourself.
