The best way to get interaction on your page is to get more likes.
You can get more likes by advertising on facebook and sending the advertising to a welcome screen where you get them to like to page.

I am doing everything...Posing unique contents everyday..keeping the fan page interesting...but then the like list is not increasing..Is there any different approach other than these(paid likes etc..)to attract people to my page
