How to popular a fan page in facebook ?

Hello every one I have my fan page of my business .I have created this fan page 3 months ago , but it is like dead since it is created .Please anyone can share his experience or logic to make it popular so that i can increase traffic as well as business .

Update your facebook pages content very frequently. Upload video files on your facebook pages. and most important your page look should be eye-catchy.

Start from interacting with other users specially to those users that has similar interest or business as you do. Then, try to share or post interesting content, it could be your new line of products, new promos, or free stuff.

You need to socialize with other members and post your interesting content about the latest trend today, update your content regularly to give some important updates for the members as well as the followers in the site.

What about make a real facebook account. Then, like your fan page. This is one way your friends make aware to the fan page.

The best way to get interaction on your page is to get more likes.
You can get more likes by advertising on facebook and sending the advertising to a welcome screen where you get them to like to page.
Then just post interesting content and people will start to interact with you.

I am doing everything...Posing unique contents everyday..keeping the fan page interesting...but then the like list is not increasing..Is there any different approach other than these(paid likes etc..)to attract people to my page
