The only way to do that is to get links from sites that have a PR of about 7 or 8 to link to yours. You can buy links from sites like this, but you will have to get a number of them to get it up there fast.

If you want to be indexed in Google as a PR 5 site, you better have a thick wallet.

Youre looking at LEAST 1000$ in link buying every time google updates its pagerank, and this estimate is low.

Except if some on gets good input from his web suite

But did that really work to buy link and get rank with PR5? High PR doesn't mean any thing! I rather prefer to have top search rank in google even zero PR.

only way it can be done is with alot of work day and night or a well spent 2000 bucks.
