Can anybody tell me, how can i know my website is in sandbox? or how to come out from sandbox? please give me some important information about this.

There are many tools to check whether your site is into google sand box. But as of my advice instead of using tools check yourself. The main point is give your full link in search box and see whether your site is visible or not if your site is visible then it is clear that your site is not in sand box. If you can't find the link then there might be a chance that your site is into sand box. Getting out of sand box is not in any of our hands. The only thing we can do is add some very good and unique content and do link building that to very few but should be effective. You are not right. Sandbox (if it is in reality) is not a penalty. Newly born sites are placed for some time in a special place and they are not visible for ranking unless you type the addree directly. My first site was in sandbox for half a year.
