Can you please help me I need to know what do I need to do to get my web page www.easyproperty.org on a higher rank in Google

Get rid of the frames for a start.

Use as little Java Scripting and other multimedia or dynamic components.

Use plain text links wherever possible with keyword rich anchor text instead of the JS links alone.

Add ALT attributes to your images.

You could shorten your Title.

Remove some of the keywords from your Meta Keywords tag and distribute through the site elsewhere.

Make sure all pages liunk back to your homepage via hypertext link.

Start building links from other related sites to yours.

Real estate? Ugh. Consider paid advertising. I looked all over for where Algarve is.. I thought Lagos is in Nigeria? But I know they don't speak Portugese there.

Nice concept but first you can do is to change some fonts that are hard to read. And build links good luck

Use proper keywords. If keywords are proper then it helps in generating traffic to yoursite. This results in getting high PR.
