It's not clear where you expect your site to come up. If you mean your site is not indexed yet by Google, then I would say it's too early for your site to be indexed.... aded on google to webmaster sites and still didn't came up...
Your site is created 2006-12-09, it's too fresh to be indexed by Google.
Ususally it takes a month or so, because Google has a tendency to put newly created sites into the sand box. Language could be also a show stopper if meta tag is not appropriatelly configured. I was trying to open your site but it doesn't work, so I can't see the source code.
