Ranking dropping...cant get gallery indexed...any ideas?

First of all you should add content to your web pages, specially, for the home page. Search engines don't care about how nice your website is. They only care about your content, titles, and Meta tags. Your site is using asp files. To add Meta tags to your main pages and sub pages, you have to find the asp file which is generating Meta tags. I think it should be the browse.asp file. In this file you can add all the Meta tags that you want for your pages.

I agree, the content of your site is a clue. Without it you shouldn't really expect the appropriate status from the Search Engines.

In order to be indexed by Google you must have on your home page at least <title> and <description> meta tag (<keywords> meta tag is helpful but not required, since the majopr search engines don't pay so much attention to it due to keywords abuse by webmasters). So you have to find the way how to get acces to your home page (at least) to put meta tags. Ask your hosting provider, who is in charge of domain "kristenwestlake.com " how to get acces to your index (home page) file. If you are able to get there, make sure you keep your tags in sequence, something like that:

I also notices at some of your product pages, you repeat the <head> tags a few times. Don't repeat meta tags more than once at the same page, it will be considered as spam and the page might not be indexed.

They only care about your content, titles, and Meta tags..... Make sure that you are using words instead of just pictures. Robots simply don't read these and they will think that you have a blank page.

Well, before caring about your content the search engines need to be able to process your URL, and those dynamic ones aren´t the most SEO friendly I´ve seen. You might get Google ignoring the dynamic part of the URL and therefore ignoring tons of pages of your site. So I think that the first thing you need to do is implementing a mod_rewrite to make your URLS static.

Let me give you a suggestion if you already haven't done this. If you go to google homepage and click on business solutions. log in and go to webmaster tools. There is a check box for advanced indexing of images. Perhaps Google will index some of your images which may help your site out a lot since you're mostly pictures.
