hello my site is Cuisine Sante International (http://www.csil.ca/)

when i search keyword 'Cuisine Sante International' on google it shows some spam result that's not good for our business can anybody explain me how to remove it????

Can't clearly see that small image you attach, make sure your site is free from any malwares and viruses that automates queries, loading and many more.

some change in your website meta tag and and site content
