Your question is not clear. I think you want know how to see the Google page Rank for other web sites. If that's the question, go ahead and download the Google Tool bar. It will show you the page rank for any web site that you want.

there are also page rank checking tools just submit your url and they can tell you the PR... I say this because there are some adverse effects of Google tool bar. Such as form field color distortion among other things.

install google toolbar PR in advance mode
PR update every 3-4 months

I m not getting what are you saying.If you want to see google PR then download google toolbar and install.
