The main concept behind Google Update “Penguin 4.0” is spammy links targeting only your home page or index page..

Remember your Homepage or Index page.
Secondly the Deep or Inner pages of any website will be effected individually if found spammy or irrelevant.
Before this, it was like if you are found spammy your Whole Website gets penalized by Google
Now it will effect the particular Page responsible for Spams
Also targeting the websites doing local spams. Accumulating localized spammy links
STRATEGY

Start with link building for your deep or inner pages. Target your deep or inner pages for link building more and more.
Concentrate on local seo, as if posting your classified in UK or Australia Region or any other region where you are not presently existing, use IP changers for them.
Try to do off page activities that to locally.
Off page page activities should be done considering “Hummngbird”. You need to make the topics having a question pattern in them. The summary or description of the topic should start as if its answering the question of the topic

The term ‘pizza box’ is used because the casing of the server closely resembles the thin size and shape of a pizza box, hence the name.
