Need Help - Stuck on page 6 for 3 months

I am on Page 6 with my main keyword and have been stuck there for 3 months even though I exchange links with PR3 or higher and relevant sites. But still I get no closer to the first page.

I also churn out keyword rich content by hand. Not too much but just enough or is it? LOL. So, not sure.

Any takers on this?

exchanging links with PR 3 or higher i think is not enough.. Build your links by forums posting.. with your targeted keywords..

Also, try to use anchor text in the link you exchange with the keyword you want to get listed higher for. If sites link to your and have the keyword in the link, it makes a big difference.

Yes. You must prioritize one-way links because they have greater value than reciprocal links..However, you could still exchange links with other sites but you have to choose wisely

theres alot of factors to rank in particular kw.... not just link exchange... you have to target and compete your keywords... and you really have to create fresh, unique and rich content... it really helps... not just for SEs but also for your visitors...

If a site is stuck somewhere down the listings and has not moved then make a list of changes, 1. add more content 2. get more links etc etc until you have a good number of new things added to your site. Then wait to see what happens. You should notice a change in the results the next time your site gets indexed.
