Yes, linking is very important. Not the ones linking to you, but the websites you link to.

I think your site is banned because of using a doorway pages and using of black hat techniques. Doorway pages are webpages that is created for spamdexing or it is a form of spamming such as portal pages or jump pages

There may be a lot of reasones for your site to be banned. But if it is appearing in google search then it means it is sandboxed

You're site looks really a spam site, that one you gave looks exactly the same with the home page. Google didn't like sites done for commercial profits with no solid contents. Millions of sites really look like that, better look and read first on google guidelines before asking your sites condition on google.

check if u are linking to sites listed in badware.org and remove the links if u are linking to any of them.......submit your site for review ...done
