Beware..Before you buy links

Here is a simple way in order to detect whether a pr of a certain site is a fake. You can do this by looking the cache page of that page by typing cache:www.domain.com or simply type the domain of the site on Google search box and click on the cache page of that site. The returning cache page will not be the site with fake PR but the one with the actual PR.

it is not recommended to buy links PERIOD. Search engines like google frown on them. If you are going to buy links you should make sure that they are NOFOLLOW so that they only benefit you through click through traffic. If you try to cheat the search engines they may eventually find out and penalize / remove you.

I won't even recommend buying links. It'll get you into trouble. Google will penalize you for that.

I dont' think google can penalize you for that. It can penalize the seller of links, not the buyer.
