yeah blogcatalog is best i am daily having 100+ visitors from blogcatalog, Stumbleupon is also very good to have traffic on blog, but visiors from stumbleupon mostly like to visit site from toolbar so they don't spend much time on you site , but its ok if you want to increase your clicks
