Google is using their own server, nothing to do with Bing.

Well its normal thing its not just google dancing just because microsoft launch new search engine , its just google's bad habit , they when ever update some thing, like back links of sites and Content of them site, they change sERP Ranking too , So its normal thing, if you loose your previous position in google then don't worry after some time it will be back at where it was before
