Hi friends my blog gain almost 6500 backlink, now my blog PR is one. I am listening that google PR will update on last of October. So can I expect for increase my blog PR? another question is that how google award blog with PR?

If your Backlinks are worthy, you can surely expect a Boom in your pagerank.

If you have 6500 backlinks from a crappy website it won't do anything for you at all.

Just wait for another PR update. For now, just keep building backlinks into your blog.

Quickest way to get a PR increase is to get sites with a better PR than your own linking to you.

At the end of the day though is PR that important to you? Good PR doesn't = good rankings....

Keep on building quality links and blogs/forums commenting. The more link you create is the more chance to gain your quality links.

My site have more than 10K backlinks, but still at PR1.

I think the valid Backlinks along with accurate Metadata makes the PR high, wish you all the best for Page Ranking !

Make sure you optimize the on-page factors of your blog very well, and choose do-follow sites in your submissions to pass link juice to your blog. It is not impossible for a blog to have high PR, even for blogspot and wordpress-hosted blogs.
