Add contents and backlinks regularly, hence Google Bot will continue to visit them.

First submit I do with new domains is ODP (Open Directory Project)

You can submit site map to webmaster tools, and do social media, it is more helps to you.

Get a link from a high ranked authority site and u'll get listed in minutes.

Then you can still keep the link for seo. That's how i did it.
