Install the google toolbar
toolbar.google.com/
You should see a green bar on top that rate your pagerank from 0 to 10.

you must enable the toolbar PR option in order to see the green bar on sites you visit.
once the google toolbar is installed click "options" and then check the PR option. for privacy reasons this is automatically disabled when installed and you must enable it to see tb pr.
keep in mind that toolbar PR is NOT the current PR of a site and it does NOT greatly affect where you rank in the SERP's.
this is much debated in the industry, but if you search regularly you will see PR=6 sites below PR=4 sites in the results for example.
