the recent pr update was on 30 april so you should wait for another 2 month and half to get the next update. be patient, build quality content, incoming links and wait for good pr

you've got 300 backlinks from Google? your site should have pr now... PR update already finished but UK sites still bouncing PR's, i think they are still on update process...

It seems that PR update has finished.

I am sorry for a mistake.
I mean my website is having 300 backlinks in total ( not from google alone) and still i am having PR0 from 3 months. i think google should come out and tell that PR is going on or is completed...BTW i am doing link exchanges in the mean time

try to check all your link partners if they're banned in google... many sites that is pointing "to/from" the partners site can be also affected by its banned...

I think it doesn't matter if the external site that poining to your site is banned or not. The biggest concern is, if the site you are poining to is banned or not.

Here is another question, if your site has a few hundreds links to the other sites, does it mean each link has to be checked if the site is banned, or there is another quick method to do that?

Any idea?

Peterko is right i think because it does matter the quality of the site we are linking to , but i dont think the site linking to us has anything todo withPR delay ..

Or correct me if i amwrong here .So that ican check all the links manually.
