Bathroom RSS Feed, Any good for Google

We are due to launch our new site in 3-4 weeks time, If we put an RSS feed on our home page and published company press realises and information on new products on a weekly basis would this help towards our site gaining higher rankings with Google?
Does anyone know how much this would cost to be added to ours or can give me good advice as this is something I know very little about.

i think rss feeds is not mainly intended for SE's rankings, rss is mainly for users who want to subscribe on information from a site, means for marketing and not much for SE ranking
rss is helpful btw, that's nice idea mate... but about the price i don't know, let us hear from others

RSS supposed to address the "Content is King" idea.
It's a way of getting relevant content on your site, so the the nice little spiders find something to take home to mommy.

unfortunately, rss somewhat cause supps...
too bad sometimes sites who grab post from original site become superior over original sites (cases like sites who just grab rss contents first indexed compare to original site)
