On my opinion you are just attracting everyone else here to click on the link you provided..As you can see if it is remove on google then the cache page of your site would be some how dated way back but it still being cache by G and being indexed as well.

You have done something wrong on your website. That's why it remove you twice time.

“google remove twice”? What is reason for first time removal? May be Google explain it and give some sort of notice or letter and allow you for the second time. If you know pl. explains us. That will help us to help you.

What do you mean by the term "removed?" I checked your site in Google. It's still indexed.

Did you change your hosting server? It could be one of the reason.

Can you please specify how you got that it has been removed twice , are finding out on behalf of keywords which were listed previously and they are not there ?
