Strange page rank prediction results

Recently I checked for predicted page rank at http://www.unlimitedtraffic.net/predictpagerank.html for http://www.building-construction.co.za and it gave me a predicted page rank of 1 (1.) with "100%" accuracy at 314 backlinks.

I find this result rather funny, since before the predicted page rank was 4. It also seems that the ranking for certain keywords did drop coincidently. The site the PR is for uses an aspx protal software and that parts of the sites are busy being reconstructed. The site also had been submitted to several new directories and links had been place to other sites. The PR 1. / 100% looks a bit like an error.

Now I wonder what the cause for this phenomenon is. Am I penalized by google? Did someone report the site? I did do some SEO, but nothin I'd consider as a cheat.

Torsten, I would treat all the tools of this kind with humour - there are many more thing Google checks before giving you a PR. No PR prediction tool can be so elaborate...

just around 5-6 people knows the PR algo... don't trust prediction tools

just for fun tools or take it for reference. nobody can tell how the pr will be except google on its update
