i personally think Google has enough employees to keep themselves busy....

So they will not leave the Internet alone but having said that they are at the forefront for the Freedom of Internet initiative which is nobel of them so the following year they are going to be very preoccupied with that as well....

i believe theirs news results will be affected in the following year...

SEO in 2013 would only be concentrated on high quality contents + Brand promotion.
Other tactics would be failed. I hope in 2013.

what types of impacts when panda and penguin update.

It will be not an easy task to do in 2013. The SEO is very much changed with the regular Google updates. Use right techniques and follow to the guidelines to keep the rank stable in search engine.

for increasing website traffic and promotional level social media marketing is now a days important in 2013.

So far no major changes noticed.

SEO is totally changed in last one year. With the regular Google updates it is not so easy to do SEO. It is very important to keep in mind that quality is most important aspect for Google.

Here is SEO 2013. Google has finally figured out how to lay down the law with spammers - big time. I have seen all niches go down bad even though you have some that say they are ranking. They aren't and they know it. They just want tell you. Google wants shareable content social media signals (real ones) you can't get fake ones anymore. Your site needs a reason for someone to come back to it so you may have to figure out how to do that. And finally good content is going to win for sure.

Few companies that are in SEO have stopped to do blog commenting . Does any one tell me how it is related to Google's SEO algorithm.

yes, I slightly agree with you. Cause forums can be spammed for a long time but, yes making links in .edu and gov sites can provide good results in page ranking.

SEO of Google will require more patience and hard work as Google is now more strict towards black hat SEO and it has done a lot updates for stopping unfair means of increasing backlinks of a website.

Google has made its algorithm very complicated . If you want to stay in the competition in this year you will have to make quality back links.
