What is Google Filter...?

Hello to All,
I am Martin dev. I want to know about the google filter. if any site is in google filter so how to come out from that. what is the conclusion of google filter.
plz let me know I am waiting for the experts comment.

Hi Martin,
I believe there no term like Google Filter.
But when anyone searches in Google not to prefer to show adult & sexual contents especially if their kids use the same computer No filter is 100% accurate, but safe search should eliminate most inappropriate material.

For me Google filter is implemented a filter for new incoming links is thought to depress the link popularity boost and the Google PageRank transfer of newly added links. You may read it

you can filter your search by setting it up on the preferences, for it will only show a non-adult content...

Its like a quality check implemented by Google. Looking at sites content or its importance/relevancy.. similar to spam filter...
