The latest page rank update has been delayed. It was supposed to have happened at the end of july. This is the longest amount of time between updates since 2005. Hopefully it will start soon.

Your blogs might not have pagerank yet, simply because they are not old enough to get ranking. TMO.

IMO Google PR update still going on some of the site already updated but many sites will update soon and this process is started in April, so you will have wait till it happen.
