Clean, fresh, unique content.
You have 343 links in Google so you could do with increasing this, when building links make sure they are from relevant sites to yours.
Keep on working at it, or if you have loads and loads of money pay someone to do it, but be careful as there are many people/seo companys waiting to rip you off .

Good and unique contents and back links are very important to get top 10 google rank.Blog posting,forum posting,article submission are also helpful.
