Google is not using my meta description

My site has strong PR 5. All pages got PR 3+. But google drop meta descriptions since two month ago. Only title text are showing up. All meta description get ignored. Any ideas?

Your keywords must emphasis at the content.

Maybe the body content is more relevant than your meta description regarding your targeted keywords.

Meta description is often used by google if you include keywords in it and not so many words.

when I do search, I used to have title and mata description in search result. But all mata sedcription are gone, only title left (I mean only title text, no page text or mata description.) in search result for entire site. Also mata description are relevant with page content.

Despite of having quality content and good inbound and outbound links most sites do not get indexed according to their potential, coz googlebot dont knows about their site.
