No. of Index pages vary

Hi, all
I am working for a website
http://www.abilenebudgethostcolonialinn.com/
when i check the index status for this site, it results 3 index pages from the site.
But when i check index status without "www" i.e
http://abilenebudgethostcolonialinn.com/ it results 12 index pages.
I am unable to understand, why it is happening. Is it create some problem in my SERP results. Can anybody gave answer to me.

Good question,
I would like to know something very similar
When I check back links in Google I get different results as follows
link:
www.bellabathrooms.co.uk = 5,100
Without the space
link:
www.bellabathrooms.co.uk = 40
Why is this?

That difference because 3 links shows for your full url and 12 for only domain like your home page is full url and your internal pages like lodging , locations etc are the sub domains.

I think the same reason with you also but the space you are usinr is not correct way to check!

Despite of having quality content and good inbound and outbound links most sites do not get indexed according to their potential, coz googlebot dont knows about their site.
