What is the advantage of submitting deep link?

Deep links in website offers the visitors conveneice in accessing what they want. Getting what they want from your site would give you traffic. The more traffic you get the more successful your business and site gets.

Well deep links means links of internal pages or other than homepage. And we submit them to directories or use in signature to increase traffic to those pages by increasing SERPs of those pages for eg. We are UK web hosting company and our home page is http://www.webhosting.uk.com which introduction of our company and http://www.webhosting.uk.com/windows-hosting.php is our other page one of the products and hosting plan and it's called as deep link and when we wish to increase traffic of this page then we submit this deep link to directories and use in signatures.

I guess the advantage of submitting deep link is that it will get the users to go their preferred destination as quickly as possible at the same time it will help your inner pages to get ranked and be on top in certain queries..

Back link for your sub pages.

That's all. It is as simple as you do submit your home page links.

why does your links page have the same content as the home page?

Deep links are very useful when they are linked to original content

having unique content on all pages is key to get ur rank up,

good discussion seen on deep linking.

deep linking helps the sub pages to get an exposure on the net and it also gives an additional link for a site that might help in terms of SE ranking

That seems to me right answer. Also more the rank of your deep link is more chances to appear that page in result too.
