Has my site has been penalized by Google?

Our website (10+ year old domain) has stopped getting traffic from Google and we are left scratching our heads. Here is an overview:

• The site is indexed by Google when we search "site:www.pexsol.com" - so this looks good

• When we search "pexsol.com" the site shows up - so this is also good

• There is no malware, site slow or other issue reported by Google Webmaster Tools

However, our website doesn't show up when doing any keyword searches. Even when we try to do an exact match, it doesn't show.

Worth mentioning is that the traffic started dropping from Feb 16, 2013 from about 700 visits/day to almost nothing. And we didn't make any sort of changes to the site or it's content

Any help in this will be really appreciated
