Has my site has been penalized by Google?

Our website (10+ year old domain) has stopped getting traffic from Google and we are left scratching our heads. Here is an overview:
Worth mentioning is that the traffic started dropping from Feb 16, 2013 from about 700 visits/day to almost nothing. And we didn't make any sort of changes to the site or it's content
Any help in this will be really appreciated
- The site is indexed by Google when we search "site:www.pexsol.com" - so this looks good
- When we search "pexsol.com" the site shows up - so this is also good
- There is no malware, site slow or other issue reported by Google Webmaster Tools
