Pr has updated but there is again adjustment in scale and all sites PR are down

I have noticed pr of many sites changed. But noticed one thing that pr of most of old sites are still same.

I am with the result of PR update. Three of my blog site is from PR0 to PR3 and PR4.

I got a PR3 update from one of my blog! well its normal to get a PR increase,, as long as you know that you are in the right track,, your site will surely increase PR...

This times PR update, we didn't got much PR than before.

therefore got PR3 is not bad.

Yes, the normal person think the way you think "its normal to get a PR increase", but it's not necessarely Google think the same way. Lots of sites got downgraded with their PR. Do you think they are on the wrong track? And what do you think is the right track?

For example, I try to do only the right things with my site (the whole package of SEO, content, links, etc), but my PR remains the same for a year since it was downgraded by Google the last time. So, it's not easy to say what Google keep in mind while doing PR upgrade.

agreed with peter, it is not easy to get one mark per google page rank update so, we should think this is an important factor for your site to be listed in serp.

Increasing PR when it comes from PR0 or PR1 is relatively easy. But many many sites with high PR have dropped their PR, in some cases significantly, so I agree with megri that it's been an adjustment. However, the word on the street is that Google also penalised sites that sell links and I've actually noticed some sites that I was tracking which lost a lot of PR (ie oanda.com which sells links on the homepage went from PR8 to PR5).

SEO experts know what is the right track,, what are the do's and donts! I know you know what are the things that is frowned by Google,, and that is probably the main thing why they were downgraded by Google.. I'm no expert at all,, but I avoid things what google doesn't want... google gives hint,, you just have to read and observe it...

My homepage PR has stayed the same, which is an unimpressive 2, but many of my interior pages are starting to get page rank....2nd tier and 3rd tier pages have a higher page rank with this update.

My site home page PR increased but remain same for inner pages

inner pages the same is good sign. i have an increase in home but decrease in subpages - not a good news.
