you can only access sites if you have the permission from the owner to access it.. maybe if you are an hacker, you can also access sites...

these following sites are blocked in China?
this domain name:
www.wetpaintcentral.com
and this domain name :
www.wetpaint.com
i can visit them through www.iblocked.com,but i cannot login to edit them.
Can someone tell me Where i can access to edit these blocked websites?

Maybe it is blocked from your proxy, have you tried accessing it from a different proxy?
PS: I still don´t get your signature link. It looks a 100% keyword spam site.

Just try some online proxies..It may help to get access to ur site through the blocking proxy
