IFRAME QUESTION with Google

Anyone can please advise if the iframe is harmful to google and if we use iframe then google does not like it then they may come to end up with forbidden action of website?

Your site won't suffer Google penalization yet in SEO point of view, it isn't the best approach to use for a site..

ben, lefty, please can you advise in more details on how to use iframe effectively. i have some sites with traffic under 100.000 and i would like to use this tool to improve ranking.

but search engine robot hard to crawl iframe page which will affect SEO, Adsense contextual ads

well let me tell you one thing,
let us suppose you have frames on your home page. so when the google crawler will come to you index page, he will see the code and there he will not find any content. and so it can create problem. so you have to wait till the crawler comes to the html pages so that you content is scanned by google. but then again chances are that you index page will not be ranked and the inner page will and that also without the frame which can create problems.
so best is to avoid.

thanks very much for your advice which highly appreciate.
i am talking about iframes (inline frames) which i embedded into a high traffic ranking website in order to gain traffic not the frame set in html design.

let me add this
if you are going to include important info. on it (let's say your target KWs are in a content included on iframe),then it might suffer from SERPs since it is undetectable by the SE spiders

It is not advisable to use the iframe but you can put it in your site if it is neccessary.
